I'm a Caregiver with 4 going on 5 years of working in childcare. Three years at an elementary school, and 2 years as a personal nanny. After working in the schools I realized how much I love helping children, and becoming their big sister in a sense. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules and communicating about their child's day or any issues that arise.
