"You should only hire Sandra if you are prepared to have complete strangers approach you on the street or in the parks to tell you how amazing your nanny is with your child. On more than a dozen occasions that’s exactly what happened to us. Sandra is super engaged with the kids, considers their development in everything she does, sets wonderful boundaries and builds an amazing relationship with all the kids in her care. She did cooking, our daughter’s laundry, And always kept the house tidy. We still use Sandra to this day for both occasional nights and sometimes overnights even though our daughter is 11yo. I cannot more highly recommend Sandra to care for your precious little one. You will not regret this decision ever. We always felt as though we had the most special relationship with Sandra, but ultimately realize it’s the type of relationship she has with all of her families."

We are terribly sad for our partnership to end but our son is heading to pre-school this Fall. "I can't recommend Sandra highly enough. She took care of both our kids (both starting at 5 months up until they went to preschool). She’s incredibly trustworthy, honest, and professional. She always takes the initiative and responds well to feedback. When my second son needed speech therapy, she attended every session and followed all of the advice - I truly think it’s because of her that he got back on track so quickly. She does developmentally appropriate activities with the kids (reading, playing with puzzles, playing at the playground, etc).
