On more than a dozen occasions that’s exactly what happened to us. Sandra is super engaged with the kids, considers their development in everything she does, sets wonderful boundaries and builds an amazing relationship with all the kids in her care. She did cooking, our daughter’s laundry, And always kept the house tidy. We still use Sandra to this day for both occasional nights and sometimes overnights even though our daughter is 11yo. She always takes the initiative and responds well to feedback. When my second son needed speech therapy, she attended every session and followed all of the advice - I truly think it’s because of her that he got back on track so quickly. She does developmentally appropriate activities with the kids (reading, playing with puzzles, playing at the playground, etc).
