Not only have I worked in a daycare setting and nannied for multiple families, but I have also volunteered at Children's Hospital to spend time with the kids who are not able to spend tons of time with their families. It is crucial for children to feel supported and loved.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Activities vary widely depending on the age and the child! On a day we cannot go outside, indoor activities usually include arts & crafts, playtime, reading, and I am open to many other options. On a summer day, picnics and outdoor parks are always a blast. Also swimming, walks, and if they are at the right age, field trips! Again, I am open to do whatever your family is used to.

Being an educator and/or childcare provider is not just a job, but so much more. The opportunity to be there for a child and watch them grow and learn is a privilege not everyone is able to have.

Reason for my career switch to nannying is because as a mother- I am in need of a stable income while caring for my son. Huge bonus is connecting with families, building friendships, and being apart of a village to raise their precious children.
I value my family and faith. I enjoy spending time with my husband and my son. Going for walks. A trip to the park. Or something as simple as a movie night.
