A little bit about me

Hello! I am a mom of a 19 year old college student son and a 15 year old high school student daughter. I am warm and friendly and outgoing. I take the role of parenting and caregiving as an honor and a privilege. I love to hang out with and interact with kids of all ages. I have a nurturing personality but also believe in fostering age appropriate independence. My nieces and nephews call me the fun aunt. I am creative and love to play and have fun. I am also into yoga, mindfulness and am level 2 Reiki attuned. I have a bachelors degree in German, a minor in French and I am a native speaker of Swedish. To adults I am reliable, resourceful, dependable, organized and supportive. I understand how hard it is to find good care for your kids. As a former full time working mom with a 21+ year career in advertising, I get it. I understand the hardships of kids/work/life/self-care balance. I am here to help!
