I do have experience with special needs kids my son also has autism and I have been in a group in high school where we got to hangout and take care of the kids with autism but we didn’t make them think we were giving them special attention we gave them the same amount as any other kid. Why you may ask? We didn’t want them to think that their disability was a reason for them not to be treated equally they enjoyed that we didn’t make their autism a reason to be treated different.
