Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I spent the past two summers working at Fernwood Camp in Maine where I lived in a cabin for six weeks with six seven-year-olds. I also taught canoe to all ages, up to 15, and led 2-3 day camping and hiking trips. I also volunteered with the Boys and Girls Club of Southwest Virginia through their after school program at Eastern Montgomery Elementary School where I cared for ~30 children.

I enjoy taking children to the library and different parks that they may enjoy, as well as the pool in the summer. I love doing puzzles and building structures with children indoors. I also enjoy art and crafting.
