I haven’t personally worked with special needs children, but I would adore working with one if I got an opportunity. I would make sure I’m super comforting with them and make them feel safe.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Anytime a girl/boy I babysit genuinely loves being around me (which they usually do haha) and I just make them feel very comfortable when a parent isn’t present.
