The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was when I helped a little girl I cared for complete her very first big puzzle. At first, she was frustrated and ready to give up, but I encouraged her to keep trying and guided her through problem-solving steps without taking over. When she finally placed the last piece, her face lit up with pure pride and excitement, and she ran to show her parents what she had accomplished. That moment was so special to me because I got to witness her confidence grow, celebrate her perseverance, and share in the joy of her achievement. It reminded me why I love being a nanny — being there for these small but meaningful milestones, encouraging growth, and creating moments that children will remember forever.
