The most important thing is to give the kids support and tender love so they can grow and realize their full potential.

The most important part about being a nanny...

was assisting a youngster I was watching to get over their fear of the dark. Together, we established a particular practice that involved talking about all the courageous things they had done during the day and reading calming stories by the glow of a soft nightlight. Over time, their fear diminished, and one night, they proudly declared they weren't afraid anymore. It was a heartwarming moment of triumph and trust, showing the power of patience, understanding, and love in helping a child overcome their fears.
