Hi! My name is Sharice. I am the eldest of 12 siblings (so childcare has never been an issue with me around) and have had experience taking care of children for 10+ years. I am also experienced in taking care of special needs children as-well (I assist with my brother's care who suffers from seizures and has a tracheostomy tube, as well as my sister who has down syndrome and cousin with autism)! Pay is always negotiable (especially in this economy), but please be realistic from my standpoint of things as well. I also tutor on the side and can help with academics. I am musically inclined, so if your child needs to practice any instruments, I'm your gal!

Making the children you care for as comfortable as possible. I like for the children to still have a voice and allow me to adapt to their needs. Nothing is worse than babysitting a child who does not feel safe and comfortable! They're the priority.

My experience with special needs children...

My sister has special needs, so I grew up taking care of her and other's children in down syndrome groups. My brother also needs an in home nurse and I have plenty of experience taking care of him (has a tracheostomy tube and suffers from seizures) as well as my cousin who has autism.
