I have cared for infants, twins, toddlers, preschoolers up to teens. Largest family in my 20 years was 6 kids.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Zoo, aquarium, playgrounds, swimming, arts and crafts, walks, museums, play dates, games, going places like the movies, the store, out to eat. Taking the time to help them understand how we should behave when we go places.
One fun way of teaching children is what I call “crazy in the elevator” this is something I made up. As long as there’s no one else in the elevator with us, we get our wiggles out. Nothing too crazy, of course. A little dancing and wiggling. Then as soon as the elevator stops we stand at attention like nothing happened but anyone seeing the elevator door open would without a doubt think to themselves wow, those children are so well behaved!
