My little cousin is special needs and I love and treat her as I treat any one else. I like to include her while accompanying her needs as well

The most important part about being a nanny...

I love when a child opens up to me and feels comfortable enough to talk to me and gain their trust. I also love when a game I play sticks with a child and they ask to play “the one game you taught me”. I just think it’s the sweetest thing.
