I was a babysitter from the age of 12 to now, I worked at 3 daycares in North Dakota. I also have 4 siblings and a lot of cousins that I will watch for my family. My parents friends also trust me and love when I watch their kids.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy all types of activities, whatever will entertain them I will do. I believe the child should pick what to do as long as it is reasonable and we should do it, teaching them to be somewhat independent at a young age and letting them make decisions really helps them in future.

My experience with special needs children...
I have 2 cousins that are special needs, one has ADHD and the other is wheelchair disabled where he can not eat or talk, I help with both of them as much as I can. My mother used to also work with not only children but adults with all different types of special need disabilities so I grew up and was raised around them. They are very amazing and unique in their own way and their personalities are impeccable and beautiful.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was when I was watching my fathers friends children and the little boy would never go to sleep without his mom but that night he asked me to lay with him until he fell asleep, once he fell asleep that just melted my heart that a kid can understand that you are there to help and they are comfortable and safe around you. I new from then on I just wanted a job with children
