A little bit about me

I am a daycare teacher currently and have been in childcare for 7+ years. I am located in Culpeper but willing to travel a decent radius for work. I'm wanting to transition from centers to one family that I can grow with. I have a lot to offer and I hope I'm considered to provide the best care for your little one(s). I have way more job experience, it was just so much to put it in individually being that I can't remember the exact dates.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I did the early childhood classes though out high school. Directly out of school I went to working fit food and part time babysitting. I eventually quit fast food and started working two jobs prt time at two daycare centers. From there I did more daycares and babysitting full time for families a while doing nanny qualified work. I am currently employed at center as LEAD teacher of our toddlers class. I am looking to quit my full time in a center and dedicate my time and skills to one trustworthy, respectful, welcoming family that I can build and grow with.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Im a hands and craft type of person. I love indoor activities that allow children to be hands on and make a masterpiece all while learning and achieving more educational milestones. Outdside time is fun and super important as well. I love playing kickball, jumprope, eat, with children because it builds their fine Motor and coordination skills.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Is making sure that you not only fulfil your Jobe role but to always make sure each and every family is respected and happy when the time comes that you can not work for them anymore. Not only should the parents be happy the child should always be your number one priority while they are in your care, children should always be satisfied and treated as if they were your own.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment is when parents tell me how much they appreciate me, when the family respects me, when the family understands the need to take a day off for self care and mental state, and most of all the relationship that I build with every child I come encounter with.
