I worked in a summer camp this summer in Maine! I was a bunk counselor for 6-7 years old girls. We lived together, had fun together, and did all the fun activities together at camp for 10 weeks! I would say I had a really great time there with the kids.

According to me, its the engagement that matters a lot. If you’re at work, you should be involved with the kids so they don’t feel lonely and by themselves. Also, having fun and making them your best friends would be really good and helpful!

My favorite nanny moment is when i ask my kids to do something and then i reward them with some candies and they give me the biggest and most sweetest hugs:)
