The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was during potty training with a determined little toddler. We had been working on it for a few days, using encouragement, songs, and LOTS of sticker rewards. One day, she finally went all by herself, ran out of the bathroom yelling, “I DID IT!”

We did a full-on potty dance celebration, and her proud little smile melted my heart. Helping little ones reach those big milestones (and making it fun along the way) is one of the things I love most about this job.
