Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Worked in a daycare for 2 years along with several years of nannying
- My last long term nanny position was watching a 4, 2, and a newborn! I was with them from November 2022-January 2024 before I relocated to Miami. I currently just ended a position watching a 16m old and had been with them since he was 6m old.
-Have overnight experience with a 3 week old for 12+ hours

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love crafts, reading stories to help with language development, and activities that help develop their cognitive development . Also activities that help with fine/gross motor skills which would include activities like skipping, coloring, anything that is keeping them moving.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is building a relationship with the whole family. You want them to be comfortable with you just like I want to feel comfortable with them. A good bond makes it so much easier!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think the best moments are when you see them achieve a milestone. Whether it be taking that first step, saying their first word, or getting an A on that test they were so nervous about. Helping them achieve milestones is very rewarding and the smile on their faces when they do so is priceless.
