Hello, my name is Shydae Blaine. I have my bachelors degree in business administration, and I have been working with children ranging from infant all the way to high school since I was a teenager myself. I have my CPR license, and a plethora of experience working with children. I have nothing but great comments about how I interact with the children, my communication with parents no matter how small the situation may seem. In high school, I’ve worked with elementary and middle school students, and I also serve as a mentor to the big brother/big sister program in Essex County. My driving record is excellent, as my previous jobs before used to involve a lot of driving. I have a lot of patience because children are learning just as we are, and they deserve the same amount of love, care, and respect that we do.
