Hello, my name is Shydae Blaine. I have my bachelors degree in business administration, and I have been working with children ranging from infant all the way to high school since I was a teenager myself. I have my CPR license, and a plethora of experience working with children. I have nothing but great comments about how I interact with the children, my communication with parents no matter how small the situation may seem. In high school, I’ve worked with elementary and middle school students, and I also serve as a mentor to the big brother/big sister program in Essex County. My driving record is excellent, as my previous jobs before used to involve a lot of driving. I have a lot of patience because children are learning just as we are, and they deserve the same amount of love, care, and respect that we do. Some of my go to activities include walks in the park or neighborhood, reading, creative play (painting, drawing, etc.), library trips, and board games depending on the age level.
