Hi! My name is Sierra, and I’m a dedicated caregiver with over 5 years of experience working with young children. My background as a lead preschool teacher has given me a strong foundation in child development, early learning, and behavior management. I bring that same structured, nurturing approach into my work as a nanny.

I am First Aid and CPR certified, and I take safety and well-being very seriously. I always aim to create a fun, educational, and safe environment where children feel supported and encouraged to grow.

Working with kids is my passion. I love engaging them in activities that spark creativity and learning, from story time and crafts to outdoor play and sensory activities. The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was helping a little girl I cared for overcome her fear of reading out loud. She was shy and would get frustrated easily, but we started a fun daily routine where we’d take turns reading silly books together. I cheered her on, and little by little, she started gaining confidence. The day she read an entire book to her parents by herself (with a huge smile on her face!) was such a proud and heartwarming moment for both of us. Watching a child grow and believe in themselves is what makes this job so meaningful to me.
