The most important part about being a nanny is obviously caring for the children. Making sure they feel loved and overall comfortable. But also making sure the parents also feel comfortable leaving them with me. I think communication is the main factor here. So always being communicative. Also knowing how to react the kids boundaries and being empathetic.

Was when I was tutoring this one kid. He kept getting discouraged because he was catching on fast. So when he finally did get the material I was teaching him. He got so excited and did a little cute dance. It was the most sweetest thing ever!
