"Sophie has been working with our family in a nanny share since April, 2017. We have loved having Sophie care for our daughter, J (now 2.5 years; 6 months old when Sophie started caring for her). Sophie absolutely adores J - she is loving, generous, caring; it’s clearly her natural way of being with children. And J loves Sophie right back. She is always so happy to see her! Sophie is very experienced, has good instincts, and knows a lot about child development. She has managed the share arrangement incredibly well, easily spreading her love to both babies and working out the logistics of caring for two growing kids. Sophie is extremely reliable, always on time and has almost never missed work. In addition to all of those wonderful qualities and ways, Sophie and I have a lovely relationship that I very much value. Our daughter is going to pre-school in the fall and so Sophie needs to find another family to work with in September. The transition will be hard!"

She is very loving and playful, and sends hilarious videos of her singing to the kids, bringing them to the playground, teaching them their ABCs, etc. And she is incredibly experienced, with almost 25 years of full time nannying under her belt, including multiple shares and even caring for twins! She's been a great asset to our family and really helps our lives run more smoothly - we'd love to find a new family for her!"
