Steffany handled the situation with ease and loved/cared for my son as I would have. I cannot say enough great things about Steffany and the way she so effortlessly became a part of the family. I never had to wonder or worry about the care my baby was getting while I was away because she always approached situations with so much love and understanding. My experience with special needs children...
As a caregiver, I had the privilege of looking after two incredible girls with swallowing disorders. One girl had Autism Level 2, while the other had mild Cerebral Palsy. Feeding them and following swallowing therapy protocols was a top priority. I prepared their feeding backpacks with care, including all necessary equipment and medications. Administering medications and ensuring their safety during transportation to therapy sessions were essential responsibilities. Collaborating with feeding therapists and adapting techniques to meet each girl's needs.
