"Sydney is a one of kind! She was our nanny for my first born daughter while I worked and she did an incredible job. I would trust her with any of my babies (and it takes a lot saying that because there are few people I would leave alone with my kids). Sydney has a lot of knowledge when it comes to knowing babies and what they need. She has even had to feed/watch 4 babies at the same time which I think is incredible, and it shows. I also want to mention I’ve had other people watch my baby girl and no one is as good as Sydney. I don’t know how you could find someone better. She’s the best there is and I really mean that."

"We hired Sydney as a sitter for our 2.5yo son during the beginnings of a cross country move. For just over a month, she became a source of fun and happiness for our son, who was anxious about all of the packing and move talk. She was with him a few afternoons a week during this time and by the second visit, he was watching for her excitedly at the window! Sydney is warm, sunny, kind, responsible and easy going. She’s so amazing that we even asked if her life would allow for her to join us the rest of the move stretch on the road for a couple of weeks, bc we knew our son saw her as part of his team. Sydney is a clear and thoughtful communicator, always responsive and on time! She offered a calming presence when our family needed it most. She’s very trustworthy, and it was a huge relief to know from the go that my son was safe and happy with someone who quickly learned his routine so that I could focus on the move projects.
