I love helping kids feel heard and seen and know that they have someone who they can trust when parents are away. I look to build a relationship with the kids and would want to do this long term as family needs.

My experience with special needs children...

I work with autistic children as a developmental paraprofessional - my little sister also has autism and I have grown up around individuals with special needs. I understand everyone is different, and there are different triggers and different ways to care for children with special needs. I am very patient and very understanding since my whole job and life is centered around caring for those with special needs.
