I am currently a teacher assistant at head start. I’m applyOmg for the nanny jobs for the summer until we go back for the next school year. I’ve be working as an TA for about 4 months now but I’ve been working for this company for about 4 yrs. I’ve worked with all ages from infant to school age.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
When it’s a rainy day we’ll play with puzzles, paint, make forts, maybe some learning games. On a nice day we’ll go outside run around get some energy out, do a scavenger hunt, go for walks, and if it’s cool with the parents could have water day since it’s summer time. Overall just having fun with the kids whether we’re inside or outside.

My first time nannying after the day was over and the child’s mother got home and as I was getting ready to leave the child was crying because he didn’t want me to go and I felt so bad because he didn’t want to go to his mother. But it was also heartwarming because I knew I made a connection with him on the first day!
