A little bit about me

Hi! My name is T’aira, I’m 22 and I absolutely adore kids! I grew up in a large family in a small town in Texas. As one of the oldest I’ve been caring for children as long as I can remember! There’s something truly special about helping out and being around little ones. I have experience with my own siblings of course and 6 years of babysitting for several families during my middle school & high school years, as well as working in the pre-k division of my church for 3 years. I personally love to travel and have been indulging in that since I graduated high school. I enjoy the outdoors, learning, creative arts, reading and baking. I pride myself on being a very expressive, high energy and compassionate person. The experiences, environment, and individuals in your children’s lives help shape who they become and I’d be honored to be a positive influence for them and help for you. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have 6 years of babysitting experience with numerous families and 3 years working with the pre-k group at my church. I’ve worked for families with children from 2yrs-16. In addition I’ve personally helped with my siblings from 0-13yrs.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I’ve always found myself easily entertained and enjoy pretty much any activity your little ones could think of. From arts and crafts, board games, dancing, tea parties or any outdoor activities like swimming, going to the park and hikes.

The most important part about being a nanny...

It’s actually the reason I find myself wanting to start doing it again. I recently had one of the first kids I was a live in nanny during the summer reach out to me after her high school graduation about how she got an art scholarship and her reason for applying and pursuing it stemmed from the love she grew for it during the time I was with their family.
