Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have experience working with children in both childcare and classroom settings. As a teacher at Primrose School, I cared for young children, supported their daily routines, planned and participated in age-appropriate activities, and helped create a safe and positive learning environment. I have also worked as a teacher aide, providing hands-on support to children and assisting with their educational and developmental needs. These experiences have helped me become patient, dependable, attentive, and comfortable caring for children with different personalities, ages, and needs.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy keeping children active, creative, and engaged! Some of my favorite activities include going to the park, taking walks, painting and doing crafts, reading books, and playing pretend. I love letting children use their imagination while creating fun experiences that are also age-appropriate and meaningful.

The most important part about being a nanny...

What matters most to me about being a nanny is having the opportunity to watch children grow, learn, and thrive. I love being able to support them through different stages, celebrate their little accomplishments, and be a positive and encouraging person in their lives. Knowing that I can help a child feel safe, confident, and cared for is what makes childcare so meaningful to me.

My experience with special needs children...

I have some experience working with children with special needs through my teaching experience and personal experiences. I have worked with children on the autism spectrum, children with severe allergies, and children who may have difficulty managing their emotions, moods, or reactions. These experiences have taught me to be patient, understanding, attentive, and flexible while recognizing that every child has different needs.
