My experience with special needs children...

I was a foster mom for three years with special needs little boy. I am the legal guardian of my sister, who is also special-needs physically and mentally I have grown up with it my whole life. I also was a staff supervisor at Bonavista in Kokomo with the mentally and physically disabled.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I would say my favorite nanny moment is when a little boy that I nannied for from the time he was born until he went to school invited me to a dinner where he asked his wife to marry him.. And the fact that I had such an impact on his life that he still wanted me to be a part of it as he was older.
