She has a wonderful sense of humor, and her creativity and resilience makes her great at adapting to the needs and behaviors of young children, especially a “pack” like mine. She built strong relationships with each of my children and treated them with love and respect so that they responded to her in kind. She was equally effective caring for them in the evening through a movie night and bedtime as she was getting them ready and packed and delivered to school using the family’s car in the morning.
