Hey my name in Ta’Kia but it’s pronounced Ta ( Ky-yuh ) ! Im 24 years old I currently work as a PCA teachers assistant! It’s summer time so I’m looking for more work I love my job I’m a floater in a life skills classroom I work with children with all type of different abilities I’ve been working in a school so far for one school year and I absolutely love it best job I ever had , also on my free time I don’t normally go out and have fun I have a lot of kids in my family so my nieces and nephews and cousins and friends kids normally come over my house when I have the free time I don’t have any kids of my own I do care for my godson who’s mother passed away years ago ever since he’s been in my care he’s 8 years old ! If I’m not working with kids I’m in the health field doing home health care I love helping others I had a hard childhood growing up so I know how it feels to not have the right support system so ever child around me I show nothing but love and wanting to make memories!

I worked in a life skills class a floater with children with special needs ! I work at minadeo elementary !& I have so many experiences with children for years I have a 8 year old boy who’s lives at home with me & im always baby sitting family members and close friend’s children as well every weekend when I have free time I let kids come over my place there’s days where I have more than 10 kids over cooking and cleaning after , all children I come across I bond a strong bond with , I been caring for kids since I was a kid .

My favorite indoors activities to do with children is watch kid friendly movies and make cute little special snacks and drinks ! & one of my favorite outdoors is going to the park having picnics and playing outdoor games

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part is building a bond with the children making sure there comfortable and having fun but also making sure they follow the rules and know when it’s play time and know when it’s time to clean up and go to bed , caring for the children making sure they are happy and fed is my main too concerns !

The sweetest moments that make me happy is watching shows and movies from my childhood eating cool homemade treats any moment is my favorite moment I love treating children the way I wish I grew up
