"While our time with Tania was short, we wish it could last forever. Tania is an absolute natural with children. She immediately won the trust of not only our 2 year old son, but our entire family. Her kind, compassionate, and patient childcare style is exactly the sort of behavior our son needed. Furthermore, Tania provided excellent learning opportunities for our son- teaching him to brush his teeth and eat a variety of foods that he previously would avoid. Obstacles that present difficulties for many nannies (such as naps and meal times) posed no difficulty for Tania at all. The only downside to our experience with Tania was that it came to an end, as we wish it would last forever. I would recommend her to any family and we look forward to using her services again soon!"

""Tania was a wonderful employee, she was the combination of professionalism, reliability, and genuine warmth. She maintained impeccable organization of nursery, clothing, toys, ensuring everything was clean, and always prepared for daily needs. I always felt completely confident leaving my son in her care because she was attentive, responsible, organized, and truly invested in his well-being. She was proactive, communicated openly, and always treated our family with respect and discretion. Tania brought a calm and positive energy to our home and was incredibly attentive to Antonio’s needs as he grew, following his milestones and adapting to it. She was also flexible, dependable, and always willing to go the extra mile. Most importantly, she genuinely loved caring for Antonio and became someone we trusted deeply. She was a joy to have in our home and an invaluable part of our family’s daily. I am available for references by mail monicamai@usp.br or whatsapp calls +55 16 99723 8072""

"I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Tania Pendulick as a Nanny Newborn and Infant Care Specialist. For 6 years, Tania's been caring for my daughter Ella from birth with the kind of love, dedication, and consistency. During that time, Tania became much more than our nanny — she became family. What sets Tania apart is her dynamism and energy. She is an active, engaged Nanny who is exceptional at creating healthy routines, supporting development through play, and maintaining a calm, organized environment for the baby. She brought so much joy and security to our family. Her reliability, warmth, and professionalism made her someone we trusted completely. It is difficult for us to part ways, as Ella and Tania share such a special bond. But Tania has lovingly helped Ella understand that she is now a big girl, and that it is time for full-time school. We are so grateful for all the years of care. Feel free to contact me for any further information. Sincerely, Simone More"

The most important part about being a nanny...

I actually have a few favorite daily moments! I love helping with the sleep routine, and I especially enjoy the bath time, is such a special! Sometimes the babies get calm, they also can have fun and feel able to show new skills in the water. The same happens during the swimming time. There are many great and bonding moments in the daily life There are many wonderful moments that strengthen emotional bonds during the daily care of children, newborns and babies. Feeding time is yet another one of those special moments!

Liliana M. - Seeking Work in Tampa

Full-Time Child Care Provider Available in Tampa, FL: Liliana M.

Hello. My name is Lili. I’m looking to work as a nanny because I want to make an impact. I’m very organized and detail oriented. I am very good at multitasking and I am a great cook. I have two adult boys of my own, three nieces and nephews…so I would say I have experience taking care of children. I’ve volunteered at my church taking care of the newborns/toddlers. I’ve also directed the decoration and snack rotation for VBS (Vacation Bible School) for many years. My boys played sports growing up, so I would often be assigned as the “team mom”. I like to paint, I enjoy watching hockey and football. I like to travel and go out to eat. I am considered “the fun aunt”. I’ve lived abroad for 2.5 years, which opened my eyes to so many new experiences as views on life. I am fluent in English and Spanish and I am excited to embark on this new life journey as a nanny.
