The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny is a rewarding job. I get to watch a child grow in real-time, support, and teach them new things and celebrate early experiences they have in life, Being able to connect on a deep level, build a safe, loving relationship and offer a stable environment are all important elements.

The moment when you enter the family's home and your little one runs to you with excitement and hugs.
The moments that make me the proudest is when I see that a child feels completely safe with my care, and the trust me and they have the freedom to explore knowing that I am right there for them while they explore.
seeing them progress developmentally in whatever it may be; vocabulary, cognitively, physically, motor skills, hobbies, even potty training.
I love baby’s first year of life is especially exciting waiting for all the “firsts” to happen the first smile, the first tooth, the first roll over, etc.
When kids include me as they family that was a big win like I’m getting rewarded that it show how much kids love me.
