My experience with special needs children...
I had to babysit a little girl who had a feeding tube, that also had really bad seizures and who had problems with their speech. There were these 2 brothers, both of them have speech problems but the older one also has autism and sensory problems.

My favorite moment with a kid is when I had watched a little boy and we had built Lego towers and played cars and then after that we went outside and he played baseball with his friend and it was really fun nd made him really happy.
