The most important part about being a nanny...
Making sure the kids are cared for and happy is the most important part of being a nanny in my opinion. Once you accept the job offer of becoming a nanny they become your responsibility, your priority, no excuses!

The most important part about being a nanny...
I was watching my younger cousins, ages (6) and (3) both boys. They wanted to play nerf guns. Yes they were allowed to so we were playing they went and hid from me to surprise me and they both jumped around the corner shot me and took off running into the living room giggling trying to hide under the blankets as fast as they could before I got them. Just watching how happy those boys were to get to play the game they wanted melted my heart.
