A little bit about me

I graduated with a degree in Special Education from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. I have been nannying since I was 11, and I have been a Special Education Teacher and Case Manager since 2011. I am one of five children, and I have four nieces and nephews. I love kids, and I love preparing fun activities for us to do!

I think it takes a special person to be a successful teacher or nanny. Ever since a very young age, I had a dream of becoming a teacher. As I grew older and began to reach certain milestones in my educational career, those dreams became attainable. As a child, I grew up attending amazing schools with prestigious teachers and when times were hard I always had someone to turn to with great trust. Miami University in Oxford, Ohio transformed my dreams into a reality. Teaching has given me the opportunity to give students the chance to succeed, no matter the circumstances. I have a desire to give children the support they need to advance in their studies, and most importantly, I want to help provide the students with what they deserve most of all: a safe haven to obtain an equal education.
