My most memorable moment as a nanny was, I’d just finished making dinner for one of the families that I was caring for and one of the children said “Mom Taylor’s food is better than yours besides dad burns all his food.” I’ve never felt more accomplished and embarrassed at the same time! Haha the mom was mortified but she told her son that yes Taylor’s food is great and that he shouldn’t talk about his parents cooking like that.
