Welcome, my name is Jess! My journey started with nannying at a young age, looking after my younger siblings, then branching out to help with the kids in my neighborhood. I've volunteered with camp counseling and the Challenger's League (both baseball and soccer), giving me a deep insight to the neurodivergent/special needs community. When I was 19, I utilized this experience to start on a path of in-home ABA therapy, primarily working with kiddos from the ages of 3-10. I continued nannying outside of this with both neurotypical and neurodivergent children - the youngest being 18 months. After I left my ABA company, I became a behavioral therapist within a school for special needs (non-restraint). I integrated myself into all aspects of my students' goals, actively working to help them reach their academic, behavioral, speech, and occupational milestones - I primarily worked with kids aged 12-20.
