A little bit about me

Children are a direct connection to the divine. They’ve always warmed my heart and been a joy to be around. Despite their age, they can teach you so much about yourselves and the world. I’ve been a Sitter/Nanny for 6+ years now, mostly for family, neighbors, and family friends; but to do it as a full time job is my dream. I’ve cared for many kids over the years, ranging mostly from newborn to 9 years old. I’m looking for a live-in position with a loving and understanding family. I recently moved from Tampa, to start a life on my own, and I’ve decided that this is the job that my heart truly desires. I don’t have my own source of transportation at the moment, but it is definitely the first thing I plan on buying once I have the money saved up. I’m a senior at Lawrence High School involved in choir and winter sports. I played ice hockey all four years of high school, track for one year and all years of middle school, and softball some years ago. I tend to fit my energy and vibe to the environment, so I’d say I’m both an introvert and extrovert, or whatever the moment calls for! I like cooking more than baking because it’s more common in my family, but I’d like to learn to bake at some point. I’m seventeen, have my license, a car, and have no problem going on highways. I actually enjoy driving, especially on the highway. I like almost all genres of music, but pop and some country songs tend to deter me from those genres. I like to read, mostly sticking to classical literature!
