"Nicole was a great help to our family when she was with us. Although we only had her a short time (our situation had changed financially) we wished we could continue having her as our nanny. We have 2 children, the youngest was recently diagnosed with Autism which was not something we knew anything about so when looking for a nanny we wanted someone with knowledge and experience. Nicole exceeded our expectations with handling Autum, and also giving us insight on how to approach her outburst and ways to calm her down. Autumn went from not being able to sit and listen to a story to doing puzzles and building with blocks. I love exploring with kids and creating with them. If the weathers nice going outside and looking for little creatures or feeling the different texture why are available outside is all fun to me. Making art and trying new things is fun to be a part of.
