In high school I worked two different jobs for about a year each where I was able to work one on one with kids. I worked at an after school
program for elementary school kids where I was teacher assistant. I helped the kids with their homework, I played with them during play time, I watched over them during snack time and movie nights. I was also able to assist on field trips that were taken during the summer and on school breaks.
I also worked at Kids Square in Downtown Roanoke where I was in charge of supervising kids while they were playing and I cleaned up each night.

I love watching their favorite tv shows or movies and I love playing games of their choice. One of my favorite things to do is read to them because that is something I did with my younger sisters growing up. Taking my sisters to the park was also something I really enjoyed and just being able to bond with kids is something I love!
