One of my favorite nanny moments was when I helped the kids create a surprise birthday party for their mom. We spent the day crafting decorations, baking cupcakes, and planning a fun game. When she walked in, their excitement and joy were infectious. Seeing their faces light up as they shouted “Surprise!” made all the effort worth it. It was a beautiful reminder of the love and creativity that children bring to special moments.
