At Love and Faith Christian Fellowship in Greensboro, NC I started in our youth leadership team at the age of 10, which also gave me the responsibility of watching the younger ones at times. The older I became, I transitioned into our nursery department where I started as a Teacher's assistant. When I turned 18 and became a teacher of the newborn and 1 year old classrooms.

I have a passion for creative expression through arts and crafts, staying active with outdoor and sports activities, and creating fun, memorable experiences like movie nights and karaoke.

The most important part about being a nanny...

To me, the most important part of being a nanny is creating a balance where children can learn, grow, and still feel like they’re on a fun little adventure every day. From my time as a teacher, I’ve learned that kids really just want to feel seen, heard, and understood as they try to make sense of the world around them.

I love being a part of that journey—guiding them, encouraging them, and making sure they always feel safe to be themselves.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience caring for children with a variety of special needs through my time serving in my church nursery and working in two daycare settings. I’ve supported children with ADHD, autism, and dyslexia, and I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and individualized care.

I strive to create a calm, structured, and encouraging environment where every child feels supported, understood, and able to thrive at their own pace.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments as a teacher was working with a child who struggled to feel confident and often hesitated to join group activities. I took time to connect with them one-on-one, encouraging them through small wins each day.

One day during an activity, they raised their hand, joined in with the group, and smiled so proudly at themselves—it was a quiet moment, but a big breakthrough. Seeing that confidence grow reminded me why I love what I do: helping children feel safe, capable, and proud of who they are. 💛
