Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I began babysitting unsupervised for local families when I was in the 6th grade, and continued to grow my clientele throughout my school career. I nannied full-time for 2 different families while I was living in NC, over the course of 5 total years. I've also worked hands-on with kids in camp and classroom settings, as I was tasked with running summer camps and classes while working for CFRT, a regional theatre in Fayetteville, NC.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Artistic and creative activities, such as painting/drawing, clay modeling, playing/dancing to music, etc. are definitely my favorites! I'm also a big fan of reading, as well as other educational activities like visiting local museums and libraries.

While working for my last family, I was tasked with picking up their daughter from school every day. She had grown up in Spain with her parents up until a few months prior, and really missed her old friends and classmates. One day, she started talking about a movie she watched that reminded her of her Spanish friends, and as she started describing it, I realized she was talking about Encanto. When I picked her up from school the next day, I had the music from Encanto playing in the car, and her face absolutely LIT up! She couldn't believe I knew all the words, and we ended up having a car karaoke session the whole way home!
