The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, trusting, and loving environment where children feel comfortable and understood. For me, it’s about being someone they can depend on every day. Keeping their routines consistent, supporting their development, and making sure they feel secure whether it’s a short visit or all day care is crucial. Building genuine bonds, staying patient, and showing up with reliability and care is what makes the biggest difference in a child’s life, and it’s the part of nannying I value the most.

I have experience working with children who have a range of special needs, including mobility challenges, ADHD/behavioral needs, and children who require extra structure and patience.
