I am currently working as a Toddler teacher. I have been in childcare for 6 years and I have been looking after children for about 12 years. I started out babysitting my nieces when they were born and I was about 12 years old. I knew then that I wanted my career to involve children. I am currently in online schooling to receive my Early Childhood Development Diploma. I love working with kids and caring for them and have the experience needed to make sure the little ones stay safe and happy.

I believe the most important part of being a nanny is knowing the kids you are caring for. Always know the children's allergies and make sure to read ingredients. I think that is one of the most important things and to make sure the children are comfortable being around you. I think another important thing about being a nanny is making sure the children are feeling loved. It's not just a job to me being a nanny is very special and its honestly a privilege to be around children and build a bond with them. As a toddler teacher I feel so much love from the kids and it makes me feel so good because it makes me know they trust me and are comfortable around me
