I worked with special needs kids in my previous work setting. Pretty much shadowing in the classroom so that they can function and do well in the classroom setting.

I remembered when I was working with this little girl..she really wanted to learn how to read so because of my background i was working hard to get her to read..the day read by herself, she jumped up with excitement ran to her room brought her piggy bank and said to me "here thus is for you". It brought tears to my eyes.
