The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny involves a range of responsibilities and qualities that are important for effectively caring for children. Here are some key aspects that are often considered crucial for being a successful nanny:
Communication: Effective communication skills are crucial for maintaining a good relationship with both the children and their parents. Clear and open communication helps in understanding the needs of the children and any instructions or concerns from the parents.
Emotional Support: Providing emotional support and a nurturing environment for children is an important aspect of being a nanny. Building trust, offering comfort, and being a positive presence in the children's lives can have a significant impact on their well-being.
Safety and Well-being: The safety and well-being of the children under your care should always be the top priority. This includes ensuring they are in a safe environment, supervising them closely, and being prepared to handle emergencies

My experience with special needs children...
It was the best thing that ever happened to me. I loved every single one. They are funny and sassy and live life like no other person I've ever known. They don't have feelings of hate. They made me laugh on a daily and they are way smarter than people assume.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of the best parts about being a nanny is getting to tap into your inner child. You use your imagination to the fullest in this career, and it couldn't be any more entertaining. Some days you get to play with Legos, other days involve Barbie dolls, and then other times you get to mess around with Play-doh.
