Keeping the children safe at all times. That's priority number one. Aside from that creating an environment where the kids feel comfortable and happy. Nanny spend a lot of time with the children so maintaining a peaceful and happy environment is crucial. On the more technical side keeping the children on their proper schedule is extremely important as well, because kids need a consistent routine.
