I focus on creating a safe space where children feel secure enough to try new things and develop their own personalities. To me, there is nothing more rewarding than staying organized to balance their routines while watching them hit their developmental milestones.

I have a few favorite moments! First, when one of the girls—who used to be very attached to her mom—finally saw me as a safe space, and we've shared that bond ever since. Another was when the girls I care for told me they wanted to visit my home country. Lastly, it has been incredibly special watching the little boy grow from a 3-month-old baby into the 2-year-old toddler he is today
