Hi my name is Alivia Douglas, I have always been interested in taking care of children. I grew up with a big family as an older cousin so this came with always being around kids. The adults in my family were never really present so naturally I stepped up and cared for my cousins at the young age of 8. My family has continued to grow and I have only grown my experience with many of their different personalities and characteristics. As I have gotten older my mom has introduced me to many of her coworkers to try to get me to start babysitting as she saw how well I was with kids.
